User Support

Effective user support is one of the main objectives of the DSDR project. Different levels of support are provided to meet our users' specific needs. DSDR staff, ICPSR user support staff, and staff at the University of Michigan's Population Studies Center are available by phone and e-mail to answer both general and detailed questions about DSDR data. Summer Program in Quantitative Methods of Social Research

The ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods of Social Research offers a comprehensive, integrated program of studies in research design, statistics, data analysis, and social methodology. Basic methodological and technical training is offered, along with opportunities for advanced work in specialized areas. Formal lectures and discussions are complemented by hands-on computer lab sessions where students conduct statistical data analysis.
