Personally Provided Information

- academic status (student, faculty, staff, etc.)
- department, discipline, or academic unit
- whether or not you would mind being contacted by an ICPSR representative
- whether or not you would mind having your download information shared with an ICPSR representative on your campus
- what statistical software you prefer to use
After filling out the form, you will be asked your e-mail address and password for subsequent downloads, but will not be asked to fill out the form again. Your e-mail address will be used to track which data files you have downloaded from our Web site. This is done so that we can provide usage statistics to various agencies to justify continued funding.
If you choose to provide us with additional information about yourself through an e-mail message, form, survey, etc., we will only maintain the information as long as needed to respond to your question or to fulfill the stated purpose of the communication.
Disclosure
This Web site does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about our visitors, unless required for law enforcement or by statute.
