User Support
Effective user support is one of the main objectives of DSDR. Not every data user will need the same type of support so different levels of support are provided. DSDR staff, ICPSR user support staff, and staff at the University of Michigan's Population Studies Center are available by phone and e-mail to answer both general and detailed questions about DSDR data.
