Major Responsibilities

Mary Morris is responsible for managing the User Support unit within the Collection Delivery Group. User support activities include responding to inquiries from data users, potential data users, and Official Representatives; developing and posting FAQs for commonly asked questions; providing welcoming materials to new Official Representatives, Designated Representatives and members; and managing restricted use data agreements, including providing restricted use data to researchers.
